Galvanized Steel Wire Anti Bird Thorn Spikes

Anti bird sting is a product developed for preventing birds from nesting in the power tower. It is installed at the upper part of the cross arm of the tower of the transmission and transformation line equipment. It is composed of 24 steel wires and is in a scattered shape. It can effectively prevent birds from fighting, staying and nesting directly above the wire insulator string, ensure the smoothness of the line, reduce the occurrence of power failure accidents, drive birds and prevent birds from damaging the survival of birds, The principle of harmonious coexistence between humans and birds has been realized.

The power anti bird thorn  is placed on the cross arm on the insulator of the high voltage transmission line tower to prevent birds from nesting on the cross arm and staying between cities to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.

Generally, the steel wire is 2mm in diameter, and the middle spiral (spring type) structure is adopted, which increases the elasticity and makes birds unable to stay and fly away, which not only ensures the safety of electricity, but also avoids the damage to birds.

Product structure and function:
1. The steel wire, steel groove and U-shaped ring for Galvanized steel wire anti bird thorn prevention are subject to hot galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment, and the steel strand is dispersed into balls, which are installed on the upper part of the cross arm at the suspension ring position of the cross arm of the tower, effectively preventing birds from nesting and staying directly above the wire insulator string, and ensuring the safe operation of the power grid. The surface of this product is galvanized iron wire, which is not easy to rust after electrostatic spraying treatment.
2. The product adopts a variety of fixing methods and is firmly combined with the cross arm to effectively avoid falling off caused by metal fatigue.
3. The end adopts pressing technology to effectively prevent single steel wire from falling off. The top is equipped with a safety top wire, which has better protection performance.
4. The bottom is equipped with a water leakage hole to prevent water accumulation
